Position Overview The CIR plays a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data. This position involves reviewing scales administered by raters to confirm standardized assessment practices. Responsibilities include evaluating assessment quality, engaging in live discussions with raters to provide guidance on methodology and scoring techniques, and supporting rater performance through functional assessments (e.g., mock interviews). Additional tasks may include assisting with communication materials and documentation. Key Responsibilities
