Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department of BU Cheese . The resource, supporting the HR Business Partner, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage the selection and onboarding process for operational plant personnel, also through managing relationships with temporary employment agencies;
- Analyze training needs and organize courses related to personnel training;
- Support in the correct application of regulations and the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL);
- Monitor and develop HR KPI reporting;
- Support the HR Business Partner by facilitating the flow of information between the company and employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in humanities or economics;
- Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
- Good knowledge of the English language; French will be considered a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills;
- Curiosity and precision;
- Team working and problem solving;
- Strong results orientation and proactivity.
KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION
- Internship duration: 6 months;
- Internship location: Casale Cremasco (CR);
- Monthly allowance of €800 and access to the company canteen.
