Behind every great tech company, there is a great People team. We are looking for a People & Organization Intern to join our P&O; team in Milan and help us build the HR function of a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global agritech company.
This is not a coffee-and-photocopies internship.
You will be hands-on from day one, working alongside a small, highly skilled team that runs the full spectrum of HR — from recruiting top talent globally to shaping how the company is organised and how its people thrive. We call this a Full-stack HR model: instead of being siloed in one area,



you will get real exposure to all the key domains of a modern People function.

What you will learn
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruiting: writing job ads, defining selection criteria, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screening CVs, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating with candidates throughout their journey
