Mission & Core Purpose

We're looking for an enthusiastic
- Supporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under the supervision of our Technical Sales Specialist;
- Assisting with deployment checks to ensure our products don't conflict with clients' existing systems;
- Supporting the rollout of new features for existing clients;
- Helping the Technical Sales team plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues;
- Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, consistent client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or other related subjects;
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian;
- Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months;
- Comfortable supporting clients over calls, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude;
- Good organisational skills,



with the ability to plan, follow up, and keep track of multiple client requests at once;
- Not afraid to ask for help and open to learning directly from senior team members.
- Previous exposure to technical support, sales engineering, or customer-facing tech roles;
- Familiarity with SaaS products and deployment/integration environments;
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-department collaboration.

Our offices, located in the center of Milan (a 5-minute walk from S. Ambrogio, Cairoli, and Cordusio metro stations; a 10-minute walk from Cadorna FS) and in Bologna (a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore), are incredibly nice places to work.
