Experience and Skills
High School Diploma
Previous experience in Sales field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (level: intermediate in Power Point and Excel)
Knowledge of English language, written and spoken (level: intermediate)
Fluent knowledge of Italian language, written and spoken (level: advanced)
Ability to understand opportunities from the customers' perspective and influence their decisions in order to achieve business objectives
Building and managing relationships and partnerships, demonstrating commitment and care to the customer (ICCC)
Organization and planning
Daring to come up with innovative ideas and approaches
Ensure the achievement of sales targets for assigned and newly acquired customers within their area of responsibility, in accordance with sales strategies and policies.




Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects through personal sales visits/direct contact, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with relevant departments within DHL to ensure that inquiries are handled appropriately and that customer needs are recognized and met.
Ensure that all customer reports related to customer service and/or credit control are coordinated and handled through the appropriate DHL departments.
Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and acquire new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing customer base.
Build a strong customer relationship to ensure maximum business growth by taking a consultative approach, monitoring performance and customer satisfaction.
