Service Now is seeking a strategic, results-driven Client Director to manage a few strategic accounts in the FSI sector. In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial health, relationship management, and growth of a dedicated portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning our Saa S platform with their core business goals to drive high adoption, secure renewals, and expand annual recurring revenue.
You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients.
What you get to do in this role: Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between your customers and Service Now Work with other Service Now teams to develop Service Now solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams Oversee growth of global accounts,
including development and deployment of worldwide resources Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to Cx O level Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and Service Now teams to promote an outstanding customer experience Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 10+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Exe
