Role Overview:
As an Adult Research Nurse, you will play a vital role in conducting clinical visits with adult patients, supporting groundbreaking studies in a fast-paced, decentralized trial setting. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and success of research initiatives, all while enjoying a flexible schedule that accommodates your professional and personal commitments.
Based in Palermo and willing to travel up to approximately 50 km, you will be part of a cutting-edge movement that redefines patient engagement in clinical trials.
Required Skills:
- Registered nurse license from a recognized local nursing association (FNOPI) with verifiable registration number
- Recent experience in adult clinical nursing, including proficiency in IV administration, injections, and blood draws (minimum 3 years of daily practice)
- Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and procedures
- Ability to perform venipuncture, blood processing, and handling of biological specimens
- Skilled in administering subcutaneous injections, ECGs, and collecting various specimens
- Competent in using a stethoscope for physical assessments of lung, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal systems
- Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel up to 50 km as required
