Your mission
ePackPro is building an Enterprise Business Unit dedicated to the HoReCA industry.
As Key Account Manager, you will own a specific territory (Italy), and combine two complementary growth engines: winning new mid-market accounts with 40 to 500 sites,



and deploying global contracts negotiated by Global Account Managers for international brands.
Your mission is to turn global account strategy into local, site-by-site success, with speed, quality and operational excellence.
Your mission will be:
• Territory hunting - Identify, prospect and close new mid-market accounts with 40 to 500 sites within your territory. Very large international accounts remain under the responsibility of Global Account Managers.
• Global account rollout - Deploy framework agreements signed by Global Account Managers across local sites, including planning, onboarding, local team training, compliance and adoption monitoring.
• Account strategy execution - Execute the account strategy defined by the Global Account Manager, including the offer, commercial terms and rollout sequence, without redefining those terms.
• Field reporting - Share customer satisfaction signals, blockers and local upsell opportunities with the Global Account Manager to strengthen
