Role Description
This is a tempo pieno, fully remote Content Creator/Social Media Manager role. The Social Media Manager will own MICI's Instagram presence (@mici_store_official) — planning, creating, and publishing content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and values, TikTok and maybe other channels as well.
Responsibilities include developing and executing content calendars, creating photos AI, reels, and stories, writing captions, and optimizing posts for engagement.



The role involves following trends and adapting them to the MICI aesthetic, monitoring audience interactions, responding to comments and messages, analyzing performance metrics, and refining strategies based on insights. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate on campaigns, launches, and partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and drive traffic to mici.store.
We're looking for someone self-sufficient — you create, edit, and post without hand-holding.
