We are looking for an HR Fractional Freelance to support Ingenium as we continue to grow, helping us build, structure, and manage our people-related processes.

Your Role

This is a fractional, fully remote freelance role for an experienced HR professional who can work independently and support Ingenium across recruitment, HR operations, people processes, and team-related activities.
You will work closely with the founders and team, bringing structure to HR activities and helping develop scalable people processes within a fast-growing, international environment.





Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job descriptions and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities and processes
• People Support: Act as a point of reference for team members on HR-related matters
• HR Processes: Structure and improve internal HR processes, policies, and documentation
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience
• HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, records, contracts, and other people-related activities
• Team Development: Support initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and company culture
• HR Advisory: Provide practical HR support and guidance to the founders and team
• Communication: Manage communication with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders
