We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to own, maintain, and continuously improve the established manufacturing process system for oil-immersed distribution transformers up to 10 MVA, 72.5 kV. The role ensures that work instructions, process parameters, and quality controls remain current based on production performance, quality/test feedback, engineering changes, materials, and installed equipment, while providing expert technical support to Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Mandatory Gate Criterion:



Direct hands-on experience working for a transformer manufacturer is mandatory. Candidates without proven transformer manufacturing experience will not be considered; generic mechanical, electrical equipment, or process engineering experience alone is insufficient.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
·Process ownership and change control: Maintain and update Process Flows, Manufacturing Routings, Work Instructions/process sheets, Machine Setup Sheets, critical parameters, control points, acceptance criteria, and Control Plans. Implement controlled revisions based on production feedback, quality/test results, engineering, material or equipment changes, and lessons learned.
·Technical support and problem solving: Provide hands-on support to Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance; troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root-cause analysis, distinguish design, material, equipment, and process causes, and define corrective/preventive actions.
·Winding, insulation, and dry
