SALES MANAGER ADULT Location: Milan, Italy regular presence at FALC HQ, Civitanova Marche Industry: Fashion / Footwear Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing Travel: Frequent international travel ROLE OVERVIEW FALC is looking for a Sales Manager Adult to take commercial responsibility for one of the Group’s brands and drive its development across international markets. The Sales Manager will act as the commercial reference point for the brand , combining business development, market management and commercial performance with a deep understanding of customers, distribution and product. The role requires a strong presence in the market and the ability to translate the brand’s positioning and business potential into clear commercial priorities, distribution choices and measurable results . The position will be based in Milan , with regular presence at FALC’s HQ in Civitanova Marche and frequent travel across international markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Brand Sales Strategy Contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the brand and translate it into clear priorities and sales plans by market, channel and customer. 2. Business Development Drive revenue growth by developing existing markets and identifying new customers, territories and distribution opportunities aligned with the brand positioning. 3. Sales Performance Management Manage sales targets, budget, forecast, pipeline and key commercial KPIs. Regularly analyse performance by market, customer and product and define actions to improve business results and commercial effectiveness. 4. Market & Distribution Development Develop a deep understanding of each market and evaluate its potential, distribution structure, competitive environment and development opportunities. Ensure that distribution development remains consistent with the positioning and long-term value of the brand. 5.
