the company is selecting Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a customer's large-scale linguistic initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Listen to and review audio clips to assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.
- Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.




- Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insight for model improvement.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify guidelines as needed.
- Consistently deliver high-quality assessments within defined project timelines.
- Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by sharing linguistically-informed suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English (minimum B2 proficiency in English).
- Keen attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to language evaluation.
- Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting
