For France, we are looking for a Country Manager responsible for the overall management and development of the local business.
Location: Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

The Role
The Country Manager France will have overall responsibility for the country, with a mandate focused on business growth, commercial development and improvement of financial performance .
The position offers the opportunity to lead a sizeable market with further growth potential , directly contributing to commercial strategies, channel development, new customer acquisition and the consolidation of relationships with key partners and strategic accounts.
The role includes direct responsibility for the country P&L; ,



the definition of commercial priorities and the leadership of a local organization of approximately 20 people , ensuring the achievement of revenue, margin and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
·Define and implement the country development strategy in line with Group objectives.
·Manage the subsidiary P&L; , with responsibility for revenue, margins, costs, budget and profitability.
·Lead the development of a business currently generating approximately €10 million in annual revenue .
·Identify new growth opportunities, customers, channels and commercial partnerships.
·Strengthen the company’s presence across the Ho.Re.Ca., HOO and professional foodservice channels .
·Develop and consolidate relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers and strategic partners .
