We are engaging Transactional Attorneys to contribute to a confidential project at the intersection of law and AI. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. The work draws directly on day-to-day commercial contracting practice: reviewing agreements, marking up drafts, and applying company policy positions the way in-house counsel would.
Scope of Work
- Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and similar documents, in accordance with established playbooks and policies.




- Analyze drafts to identify key issues and determine applicable company positions and acceptable fallback outcomes.
- Draft clear, reasoned written explanations detailing the rationale behind each redline or revision.
- Apply advanced contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions knowledge to real-world legal documents.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency of standards and interpretations throughout the engagement.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold high standards of legal writing and contract review quality.
- Work independently within a remote, deadline-driven project environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in transactional practice at a law firm or as an in-house attorney, focusing on contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
