ph3Job Description /h3 pbThe Opportunity /b /p pThe Assistant Campus Director supports the daily operations of the campus while helping deliver an exceptional experience for students, faculty, and community partners. This position plays a key role in student recruitment, retention, advising, and campus communications while building strong relationships with civilian and military organizations. The Assistant Campus Director serves as a campus leader and assumes responsibility for campus operations in the absence of the Campus Director and/or Associate Campus Director, ensuring University policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently maintained. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul lipSupport the daily administrative and operational activities of the campus and serve as acting campus leadership when needed. /p /li lipPromote University programs and services through recruitment activities, college fairs, community outreach, military briefings, and other marketing efforts. /p /li lipBuild and maintain effective relationships with local civilian organizations, military representatives, and Education Services Officers. /p /li lipProvide student services including academic advising, counseling, unofficial evaluations, degree mapping, and student account follow-up. /p /li lipSupport student recruitment and retention efforts through regular communication with prospects, applicants, new students, and continuing students. /p /li lipMaintain accurate student records and data in Campus Solutions and Campus Imaging. /p /li lipComplete registration, end-of-term, student account, and other campus actions accurately and on schedule. /p /li lipMonitor enrollment trends and assist with identifying opportunities to support campus growth and student success. /p /li lipEnsure University policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. /p /li lipAssist with monitoring campus budgets, expenditures, and financial activities while safeguarding University assets. /p /li lipMaintain campus audit readiness and support financial and operational reporting requirements. /p /li lipProvide administrative support, including phones, email, mail, supply orders, faculty support, and daily campus operations. /p /li lipEnsure classrooms, facilities, and EagleVision spaces are prepared and maintained for instructional use. /p /li lipPrepare accurate reports, correspondence, and documentation for University and external agencies. /p /li lipParticipate in required training and effectively utilize University systems, tools, and resources. /p /li lipDemonstrate sound judgment,
