Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..br/Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead and manage project planning and scheduling activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tendering to project closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with contractual requirements. /li liDevelop, maintain, and integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules into a comprehensive project execution plan. /li liMonitor schedule performance using Critical Path Method (CPM), float management, analytics, and digital reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions proactively. /li liProvide regular progress reporting, schedule updates, S-curves, baseline deviation analysis, and contractual schedule documentation to support project performance and claims prevention. /li liCollaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers, and consortium partners to ensure effective schedule management and alignment across all stakeholders.



/li liDrive continuous improvement by implementing scheduling standards, work instructions, automation initiatives, onboarding new Project Schedulers, and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul lib7+ years' experience in EPC project execution /b (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning), including civil works and plant business. /li liStrong technical knowledge combined with project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. /li liProven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and successfully deliver project objectives. /li liHigh level of assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, and ability to work methodically in complex project environments. /li liAdvanced proficiency in bPrimavera P6, MS Project /b, schedule integration with ERP/digital platforms, AI-enabled planning tools, and MS Office. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills inb English and German /b. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
