ph3About the role /h3pceva air ocean italy s.p.a. is looking for a dedicated forwarding management senior specialist to join the ocean division in rome (fiumicino). the role is placed in the ocean customer service unit and focuses on forwarding management across italy. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ullimanage end?to?end ocean freight forwarding processes ensuring seamless transportation and delivery. /liliact as primary liaison between customers, carriers, internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues. /lilioversee shipment planning, documentation, scheduling and compliance with customs and maritime regulations. /lilicollaborate with sales and operations to align logistics solutions with customer needs and company objectives. /lilimonitor shipment progress, provide updates and proactively address potential delays. /lilidevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve service levels. /liliensure adherence to health, safety, environmental and security standards. /lilisupport training and mentoring of junior team members. /lilimaintain accurate records of forwarding transactions,
