The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build and consolidate Genteel Home's project in Rome from its early stages, with a long-term growth vision. /p h3What Will Be Your Mission? /h3 pLead Genteel Home's development in Rome and the surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation and consolidation of our operations in the city. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and drive Genteel Home's development strategy in Rome. /li liIdentify and assess new business and expansion opportunities in the local market. /li liLead the acquisition and negotiation of agreements with property owners, investors, and strategic partners. /li liAnalyse the economic and strategic viability of new opportunities and projects. /li liOversee the implementation and opening processes of new operations. /li liContinuously analyse the local market, competition, and industry trends. /li liDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, investors, collaborators, and other relevant market stakeholders.
