We are engaging Equity research Experts to contribute to a customer's project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, and sector insights. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Review, assess, and contribute to datasets modeling real-world equity research analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze earnings reports, perform estimate revisions, and synthesize peer benchmarking insights for AI training purposes.
- Deliver detailed written evaluations of company models,



including revenue, margin, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
- Produce high-quality, concise written research summaries and event-driven updates based on deep sector expertise.
- Develop and articulate investment theses, connecting qualitative and quantitative factors to actionable perspectives.
- Identify key industry trends, sector-specific metrics, and company catalysts relevant for fundamental analysis.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality and enhance research-related content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a sell-side Research Associate with direct ownership of company models and written research, or as a publishing/lead Research Analyst (titles may include VP or Director).
- Track record of independently covering multiple companies through several earnings cycles and maintaining comprehensive models.
