p· Coordinate the collection, staging, and dispatch of both technical and non-technical equipment, as well as production supplies, from the WBD Warehouse /pp· Organize and track deliveries to and from Olympic competition and non-competition venues /pp· Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including packing, wrapping pallets, loading, and unloading trucks /pp· Accompany delivery drivers on runs to various Olympic sites, including competition venues, national houses, and studios /pp· Assist with equipment sourcing by researching and contacting local suppliers in Italy /pp· Monitor and manage inventory using the WBD asset tracking system /pp· Provide general administrative support, including managing delivery notes, processing invoices, coordinating venue bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing parcels /pp· This is a fully on-site role, based in Siziano, Italy and does not offer remote or agile working arrangements /ppDesired Skills and Experience: /pp· While full training is provided, previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service—particularly within large sporting events—is a strong advantage /pp· Flexible and willing to work long hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends,
