With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together. /p h3Role accountabilities: /h3 ul liManagement of the entirety of the Building Contracts. /li liVisit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project. /li liProvide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc /li liAdvise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only). /li liDiscuss the adjusted contract sum (final account) with the Contractor. Agree with client the authorisation to the adjusted contract sum. /li liManage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor's losses and expenses claims. /li liAdvise on the Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor's application(s) for extensions of time. /li liPrepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation etc /li liOverview document management in order store all relevant correspondence and Documents, and which is to be accessed by all stakeholders /li liReporting activity related to role and discipline and weekly/monthly meeting attendance /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience:
/h3 ul liAt least 10 years of working experience in similar roles and/or international companies. /li liExcellent knowledge of English and Italian language (B2/C1). /li liFidic Contract knowledge is a must. /li liA degree in Engineering is a strong plus. /li liA previous experience in the Data Center sector will be considered a strong plus. /li liAbility to travel autonomously is a must. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liAvailable to travel domestically around 80% of the time. /li liFrequent presence on-site will be requested.
