ppTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join us as /p h3HEAD OF SALES /h3 pon a full-time basis. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead, coordinate and further develop the Sales Team, including people management, coaching and employee development. /li liSecure and sustainably grow the existing business, while defining, managing and achieving sales targets. /li liDirectly manage our Key Accounts and our most strategically important and sensitive customer relationships. /li liIdentify and develop new business opportunities and strategically expand relationships with customers and business partners. /li liAct as the key interface between the Sales Team and our production facilities in Romania, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented collaboration. /li liDevelop and implement targeted B2B marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and our market positioning. /li liRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry events. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liSeveral years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development, ideally in a leadership role or a position with comparable responsibilities. /li liStrong leadership and team management skills, with a coaching, motivating and development-oriented leadership style.



/li liStrong customer and solution orientation, with the ability to professionally develop strategic customer relationships and confidently manage complex challenges. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li liKnowledge of additional European languages is an advantage. /li liVery good digital skills and confident use of common IT applications and software. /li liWillingness to travel regularly for business. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 pYou can expect a strategically important and responsible position with a high degree of autonomy and significant scope to make an impact.
