The post holder will support the contract and commercial assistance to the CCSO's Office to drive commercial optimization and ensure all work is executed in line with business plans, objectives and in compliance with governance /p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /h3 ul liSupport the development and implementation of the department strategy ensuring alignment to divisional strategy, Khazna's vision, mission and corporate objectives. /li liSupport the SD-CCM in the provision of subject matter expertise for the assigned tasks and in providing counsel to Khazna leadership on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of Khazna's strategy and divisional strategies. /li liNecessary capability and experience to actively support internal delivery teams and provide contract and commercial management on complex engineering projects/programmes of work ranging between AED 100m and AED 2bn from inception to completion. /li liIn compliance with procurement processes and procedures, prepare supporting contract and commercial documentation and input to support procurement timelines. /li liLead the development of project-specific and portfolio wide approaches; draft,



review and manage all contracts for data center construction projects such as vendor, main contract, subcontract agreements and consultant service agreements. /li liLead contract negotiations with vendors, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants to obtain favorable terms and conditions, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness, alignment with stakeholder requirements and risk allocation. /li liProactively lead the process of identification, evaluation and recommendation of all contract changes, variations, and claims while ensuring compliance with required contract documentation and change control processes /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES: /h3 ul liRelevant bachelor's degree or equivalent /li liRelevant professional qualification or chartered status /li li20+ years of relevant professional experience, including the delivery of data centers or other complex engineering projects across the entire project life cycle. /li liIn-depth expert knowledge of contract management, including construction processes and commercial management. /li liDemonstration of self-management and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve team goals. /li liCommercial acumen and the proven ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. /li liExcellent written, interpersonal and communication skills required /li liExperience in global projects and multi-cultural project teams /li liExperience with client-side delivery of both pre- and post-contract contract and commercial activities /li liExperience in developing and leveraging strategic relationships across the supply chain /li liMS Excel expertise and project control platform experience. /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
