ppThe A-Rosa Lago di Garda Hotel, a 5-star resort owned by the German group DSR Holding and open for around 10 months a year, is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to start in October ****. /p h3Responsibility /h3 pThe successful candidate will join our technical department, which currently comprises four professionals, and, reporting directly to the Head of Maintenance, will be responsible for: /p ul liActively assisting with routine and non-routine maintenance of the guest rooms, communal areas and the spa /li liInspecting the electrical, plumbing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, reporting any faults and carrying out the necessary work and repairs as agreed with the Maintenance Manager /li liEnsuring the upkeep of premises, furnishings and equipment by carrying out painting and carpentry work /li liProviding technical support in setting up meeting rooms and during events organised on-site /li liCollaborate with external contractors. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 1 year's proven experience in the role,



preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel /li liDiploma or professional qualification as an electrician and/or plumber/heating engineer /li liKnowledge of health and safety regulations; possession of valid fire safety and/or first aid training certificates is an advantage /li liGood manual dexterity in the use of work equipment and tools /li liAbility to quickly identify and report faults, and a proactive approach to resolving minor issues /li liProblem-solving skills, precision, reliability and a team-oriented approach /li liFlexibility regarding working hours and a willingness to work shifts, including Sundays and public holidays /li liCategory B driving licence /li /ul pOnly applications that meet all the specified requirements will be considered. /p h3Offer /h3 ul liA 12-month fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility of extension /li liSalary commensurate with experience and skills, in accordance with the Confcommercio National Collective Labour Agreement for the Tourism Sector /li liStaff canteen at the hotel /li liAccommodation at the Staff House in Salò (BS); /li liInduction and initial training /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
