You'll work with cutting?edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. /p pAs part of our Legal Team, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions. /p pDetails: Venezia Internal Functions Internship /p h3How you'll make a difference /h3 pSupport the internal Legal Department in negotiating and finalizing contracts related to cutting?edge digital services, working closely with the legal teams of Italian, European, and international companies. /p pReport directly to the Legal Department Manager and support them in legal research and the preparation of opinions on civil and commercial law matters. /p pCollaborate with Administration and Sales teams in preparing and reviewing documentation required for participation in public tenders. /p pSupport the Procurement team in reviewing supplier agreements and contracts. /p pContribute to the update and maintenance of framework agreements, general terms and conditions of sale, purchasing agreements, and mandatory compliance documentation (e.g., privacy and data protection requirements). /p pDraft documentation related to both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including corporate resolutions and meeting minutes. /p pCollaborate with external legal counsel in managing out?of?court settlements and legal disputes. /p h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Law and eligible for a curricular internship. /li liSolid knowledge of commercial and corporate law. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with multiple business functions. /li liGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. /li /ul h3What we would consider a plus /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills,
