In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through multiple communication channels—including phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Your goal will be to understand their needs, present the best solutions, and guide them toward a successful purchasing experience. /b h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelops and qualifies sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and building long-term relationships. /li liDevelops existing accounts through follow-up, cross-selling, new product promotion and recurring revenue opportunities. /li liPrioritizes leads and prospects in line with the commercial strategy. /li liSupports customers and resellers with tailored solutions and follow-up activities. /li liSupports the external sales force in customer development, loyalty activities, planning and ongoing projects. /li liAnalyzes competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.
