/p bJob Description /b ul liLead and execute audits of large international EPC projects, reviewing governance, project controls, cost, schedule, and contract management.
/li liAssess project execution risks, identify root causes of delays or overruns, and recommend practical improvements.
/li liPartner with project leadership to strengthen decision-making, reduce delivery risk, and improve project outcomes.
/li liEngage with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors and Construction Managers, presenting clear business-focused insights.
/li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven auditing and enhancement of governance and internal control frameworks.
/li /ul bQualifications /b ul liDegree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is an advantage.




/li li7–15 years of experience in EPC or large industrial projects, with expertise in project governance, cost/schedule control, contracts, risk, claims, or construction management.
/li liStrong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, CAPEX governance, project controls, and tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
/li liExcellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively.
/li liHigh integrity, business acumen, and a hands-on, improvement-driven mindset; comfortable working independently in international, matrix organizations and willing to travel up to 30%.
