/p pAs our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with IT implementation expertise to join our team in Milan.
/p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 pYou will join our team and work alongside our team and client stakeholders on strategic, business and technology transformation initiatives.
/p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liLeading and coordinating bIT implementation projects /b(ERP, POS, PLM, WMS and other enterprise systems), from requirements analysis through go-live and post-implementation support.
/li liManaging project scope, planning, timelines, budget and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
/li liWorking with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, document and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
/li liCoordinating cross-functional teams, system integrators and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liAnalyzing existing processes, configurations and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.




/li liSupporting functional analysis and gap analysis between current processes, system capabilities and target solutions.
/li liPlanning and overseeing functional and integration tests, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management.
/li liSupporting cutover planning and execution, including coordination of activities, dependencies, readiness checks and go-live activities.
/li liSupporting data migration activities, including planning, coordination, data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
/li liSupporting bchange management and training activities /b, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training needs analysis, training material preparation and user adoption activities.
/li liSupporting the preparation of functional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables.
/li liWorking with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition of practical, technology-enabled solutions.
/li liManaging project bgovernance activities /b, including Steering Committees, workshops and project meetings.
/li liMonitoring project risks and issues, defining mitigation actions and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
/li liContributing to the development of TNP's bProject Management and IT implementation /bexpertise and offering.
/li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
/li lib2+ years /bof experience in project management, IT consulting or enterprise system implementation projects.




/li liHands?on experience with the implementation of enterprise systems such as bERP, POS, PLM or WMS.
/b /li liAbility to navigate and understand system functionalities, configurations and end?to?end business processes.
/li liGood knowledge of business processes, ideally across areas such as operations, supply chain, logistics, retail, manufacturing or related supporting processes.
/li liExperience in requirements analysis, functional analysis and process mapping.
/li liExperience working with both business and IT stakeholders, including vendors and system integrators.
/li liFamiliarity with change management and user training activities within IT transformation or implementation projects.
/li liFamiliarity with cutover planning and execution, as well as data migration activities in IT implementation projects.
/li liFamiliarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and related tools.
/li liGood analytical and problem?solving skills.
/li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple activities and deadlines.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of bMS Office.
