This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever's global HR policies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Employment Law Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. /li liMonitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. /li liSupport the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements. /li /ul h3Employee Relations Case Management /h3 ul liLead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. /li liProvide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency. /li liAct as a subject matter expert for sensitive cases, ensuring fair treatment and risk mitigation. /li /ul h3Advisory Stakeholder Partnership /h3 ul liServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operational teams on labor law and employee relations matters. /li liSupport negotiations with works councils, unions,
or employee representatives when applicable. /li liLiaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required. /li /ul h3Risk Management Governance /h3 ul liIdentify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. /li liSupport audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance. /li liEnsure accurate documentation and record-keeping to support legal defensibility. /li /ul h3Training Knowledge Sharing /h3 ul liDeliver training and guidance to managers and HR teams on labor law, employee relations, and best practices. /li liPromote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualificaltions and Competencies /h3 ul liDegree in Law (mandatory); specialization in Labor or Employment Law is highly preferred. /li liMinimum of 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations roles. /li liStrong, practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices. /li liExperience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is an advantage. /li liBPO experience preferred /li /ul pThe ideal candidate also has exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as high ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
