/p pThe Assistant Business Controller for acquired companies will play a key role in integrating and strengthening the financial and administrative operations of the company and will report to the Business Controller Compressor Technique.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will proactively contribute to drive the financial and administrative integration of the company, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining operational agility.
/p pYou will be responsible, under the guidance of Business Controller CT, for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with IFRS andThe Way We Do Things.
Establishing a solid group reporting process will be a key priority, but also you will identify thenecessary policy and process adjustments to align with the Atlas Copco Group standards.
/p pBeyond reporting, your insights will play a crucial role in business decision-making.
By developing analytical tools andproviding data-driven recommendations, you will help guide the company's strategic direction and support the successfulexecution of the synergy plans outlined in the acquisition model.
/p pYour ability to assess business trends and raise financial red flags when needed will be essential in safeguarding thecompany's financial health.
/p pTo succeed, you will need /p ul liUniversity degree in Finance or Economy.
/li liMinimum 5 years of experience in business control, finance, or business administration.
/li liA solid understanding of Group accounting principles, IFRS, and local statutory regulations is essential, experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.




/li liThorough knowledge of MS Office, and solid digital competence.
/li liA team player who interacts with and unites team members, and all stakeholders.
