/p pbPurpose of the Job: /b /p pThe Quality Engineer is a key member of the Quality Department, facilitating growth and ensuring robust quality controls and activities across the Rotork Lucca site.
/p pbKey Responsibilities and Outcomes: /b /p ul liQMS Maintenance: Developing, updating, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
/li liAuditing Compliance: Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO ****, ISO TS) and regulations.
/li liCorrective Actions (CAPA): Identifying, analyzing, and investigating system deficiencies to implement corrective and preventive actions.
/li liDocumentation Control: Managing quality documentation, records, and material certifications.
/li /ul pbMain Activities: /b /p ul liMain interface of system Certificate Inspector /li liDraft, update and improve the Quality Manual.
/li liManage and drive audits for product certification /li liImplement corrective actions in case of non-conformity after inspector audits /li liWork with engineer departments (in site and in other Rotork sites) /li liOwner of certifications renewalbr/ /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbQualifications Technical knowledge /b /p ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
/li li2-3+ years of experience working within Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment.




/li liPrevious experience working within an engineering or manufacturing business, with a good understanding of ISO **** standards and quality processes.
/li liStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
/li liFluent Italian (advanced level) and professional English (C1 level).
/li liInternal Auditor against ISO****:**** standard.
/li liUnderstand modern manufacturing philosophies i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC.
