/p h3Role Description: /h3 pbDG Beauty /bis looking for a bGlobal Margin Analyst /b to join the Global Finance team and support profitability analysis, financial planning, and business performance management across regions, channels, brands, and product categories.
The Analyst will report to Global Margin Controlling Manager.
/p pThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a global luxury beauty business, working closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to drive performance insights and support strategic decision-making.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
/li liAnalyze Net Revenue, Gross Margin, COGS, and profitability drivers across markets and channels.
/li liMonitor business performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
/li liAssist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
/li liSupport margin and profitability reviews by region, channel, brand, and product category.
/li liIdentify risks, opportunities, and performance trends,



providing actionable insights to management.
/li liEnsure data consistency and reporting accuracy across financial systems.
/li liCollaborate with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to improve decision-making.
/li liParticipate in finance transformation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
/li li1-3 years of experience in Controlling, FPA, Audit, Financial Analysis, or related Finance roles.
/li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills.
/li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
/li liFluent English, both written and spoken.
/li liKnowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar reporting tools is considered a plus.
/li liStrong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

(i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; /p p
(ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role; /p p
(iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; /p p
(iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement; /p p
(v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
