educational initiatives and advocacy opportunities. /li /ul h3Scientific Projects Partnerships /h3 ul liLead collaborations with healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities and scientific societies. /li liInitiate and coordinate strategic medical projects aligned with local priorities. /li liPromote initiatives that enhance scientific credibility, patient care and social impact. /li /ul h3Congresses Scientific Events /h3 ul liLead Eucerin's medical presence at congresses, symposia, advisory boards and scientific events. /li liEnsure consistent and compliant scientific representation of the Eucerin brand. /li liCoordinate speaker engagement and event execution with cross-functional teams. /li liLeverage digital and omnichannel tactics to maximize event visibility and stakeholder engagement. /li /ul h3Field Engagement Networking /h3 ul liAct as a medical ambassador and maintain a strong network of dermatology stakeholders through field visits, meetings and congress participation. /li /ul h3Cross-functional Collaboration Performance Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Medical, Marketing and field teams, providing scientific insights and stakeholder feedback. /li liMonitor KPIs, budget utilization, ROI, market trends and medical engagement effectiveness, recommending actions to optimize performance and investment. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liStrong scientific expertise in dermatology, skin health, dermocosmetics or related healthcare fields. /li liMinimum 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Relations, Medical Education, Medical Engagement or a similar function. /li liProven experience in KOL/DOL management, stakeholder engagement and scientific networking. /li liExperience planning and executing congresses, scientific events and educational initiatives. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects,
