Supportiamo i nostri clienti in tutte le fasi del processo, dall'identificazione delle opportunità e lo sviluppo dei progetti alla costruzione e manutenzione, evitando rischi e fornendo un servizio impegnato, agile e vicino. /p h3What functions will you perform? /h3 pID Energy Group is looking for a bBusiness Development MA Manager /b to join its growing Italian Team and play a key role in expanding renewable energy portfolio in Italy. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a commercial mindset with strong analytical and deal?making skills.You will join a small local team based in Rome, while working closely with our colleagues in Hungary and Spain, reporting to the Head of Business Development Hungary, SEE Italy. /p pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ul liBuilding and maintaining relationships with developers, investors, advisors and other key market participants. /li liScreening and evaluating renewable energy projects from commercial, financial and strategic perspectives. /li liLocal management of the MA processes in Italy, from initial opportunity/partner identification and valuation through due diligence, negotiation and closing. /li liCoordinating technical, legal, financial and commercial due diligence processes with internal teams. /li liManage the commercial negotiations with project developers, partners and other counterparties. /li liMonitoring the Italian renewable energy market,



including regulatory developments, market trends and competitive dynamics. /li liCollaborating closely with our Hungarian and Spanish teams, sharing market insights, expertise and best practices across the organization. /li liRepresenting the company in meetings with external stakeholders and contributing to the development of our position and network in the Italian market. /li liActive involvement in other business initiatives, projects and ad-hoc tasks supporting the company's growth and development in Italy. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pIdeally, you have: /p ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in MA, business development in renewable energy sector in similar role. /li liGood understanding of the Italian renewable energy project development landscape. /li liProven experience in evaluating investment opportunities, business cases and renewable energy projects. /li liExperience with MA transactions, project acquisitions, partnerships or similar strategic transactions. /li liStrong analytical skills, experience with financial modelling and project valuation is a strong advantage. /li liExcellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
