/ph3What the job looks like /h3ulliEnsure the timely availability of materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production and customer delivery /liliManage material requirements planning, purchase order generation and inventory schedules to balance supply, demand and stock targets /liliMonitor supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to drive service excellence and supply continuity /liliPartner with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve material-related issues and support site priorities /liliIdentify supply risks, proactively manage disruptions and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact on operations /liliManage inventory levels while considering warehouse capacity, cost optimization and obsolescence reduction /liliCoordinate material supply changes, schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle /liliProvide supplier and material planning insights to the SOP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities /liliPrepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency,



service levels and supply chain performance /li /ulh3What you'll bring to the table /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
/liliExperience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally within manufacturing environments in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or comparable industries /liliFluency both in Italian and English, a third language would be considered a plus /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights /liliKnowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMP /liliExcellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills /liliA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement /li /ulpOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
