/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and passionate ERP Manager to join our Global IT team and lead the evolution of our enterprise systems landscape.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for governing, optimizing, and continuously improving the company's ERP platform, ensuring alignment between business processes, operational excellence, and corporate objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to maximize the value delivered by the ERP ecosystem, driving innovation, process efficiency, and data quality across the organization.

from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post go-live support.
/li liManage ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
/li liPartner with business leaders and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
/li liEnsure ERP data integrity, governance, security, and compliance.
/li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and optimization.

/li liProven experience managing enterprise ERP platforms in complex international environments.
/li liMore than 10 years of experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.




/li liStrong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics.
/li liExperience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
/li liStrong knowledge of ERP architectures and business process integration.
/li liUnderstanding of data governance, system security, and application lifecycle management.
/li liExperience with project management methodologies and change management practices.
/li liAbility to analyze business requirements and design effective system solutions.
/li liFamiliarity with reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
/li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €85,000 and €95,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
