Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pReporting to the Chief People Officer, we are seeking an energetic and experienced bHR Business Partner Private Marketing /bto join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders across Technogym's international markets. You will drive people strategies that support business growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and uphold Technogym's values-led, performance-oriented culture across diverse geographies. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization, you will be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying the Company People Strategy.
Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at the group level. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liPartner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirements of the departments and align them with company objectives. /li liFacilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations. /li liLead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility. /li liCollaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity. /li liDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning. /li liOnboard new team members and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to all employees on work-related issues. /li liUtilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes. /li liCollaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, and personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices. /li liEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pThe ideal candidate is passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also grounded and ethical.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 6 years' experience in an international business partnering role. /li liPrevious experience of 5 years in industries with complex organizational structures, such as luxury products (non-clothing), technology, and health. /li liExperience in HR management for retail channel (retail luxury selling ceremonies), e-commerce, and direct sales. /li liIn-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. /li liProficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus. /li liAbility to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian. /li liAbility to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €80,000 and €120,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
