/p pWe are currently looking forbHSE Site Supervisor /bto join our M Renewables team inbItaly /b, part of our subsidiarybMETKA EGN /bfor different sites.
/p h3Your role will encompass: /h3 pMonitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions.
/p pSupervise activities and check documentation on site of contractor e/o subcontractor /p pReview, analyze and prepare, if requested, Safety Plans for the construction site.
/p pReview when required, project drawings and POS to identify any foreseeable health and safety (HS) problems for construction /p pEnsure the required HSE information is displayed in the site office and site is fully compliant with all HSE documentation /p pPrepare the site's HS files in accordance with PSC, POS,



and legal requirements.
Ensure all files are always up to date.
/p pEstablish key information required for the emergency plans, power networks, environmental agency, gas network, water, BT, hospital, police, fire and HSE.
Prepare the site's emergency plan.
/p pControl of subcontractors HS through briefings and discussion /p h3What you bring to the role: /h3 pHSE construction experience (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
/p pExperience in energy projects is considered an advantage.
/p pUniversity Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.
/p pKnowledge of Italian HSE Legislation /p pFluent English and fluent Italian /p h3Compensation Contractual Frameworkbr/ /h3 pThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.br/Applicable CCNL: Metalmeccanicobr/CNA Level / Inquadramento: B1 /p pThe final compensation may reflect the candidate's relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company's remuneration framework.
