Overview
In this role you join McKinsey's two-year Operations Excellence Program to help clients achieve operational excellence.
You will work on multiple client engagements, solving problems, forming hypotheses, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
The program blends on-the-job coaching with a structured capability-building curriculum to accelerate your development.

Identify issues on client engagements and develop hypotheses
Design and conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations

Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree
Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (e.g., global sourcing strategies, cross-functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
Proven leadership in a work setting or through extracurricular activities
Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication in English and local office language
