/p h3Tasks and Qualifications /h3 h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liPartner with operational leaders to develop and manage monthly workload and forecast planning,



ensuring resource demand and utilisation are accurately reflected.
/li liProvide meaningful financial insight by analysing business performance, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
/li liSupport budget, forecast and cost centre management, helping stakeholders understand financial performance and key variances.
/li liLead workload and headcount analysis, ensuring operational teams have the information they need to make effective resource decisions.
/li liDeliver monthly performance reporting, scorecards and management presentations for senior leadership reviews.
/li liCoordinate the annual operating plan and budgeting process.
/li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, forecasting and finance processes.
/li liExplore opportunities to leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, automation and decision making within the finance function.
/li liLead, coach and develop a team of two finance professionals, helping them build technical capability and progress their careers.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 pWe're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with genuine curiosity about how a business operates.
You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment,



building credibility with senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge when required.
/p h3You'll likely bring /h3 ul liSignificant experience in finance, financial planning, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles.
/li liPrevious leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others.
/li liExperience within a project-based business environment, with a strong understanding of project accounting principles and the financial dynamics of project delivery organisations.
/li liStrong forecasting, planning and analytical skills.
/li liThe confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
/li liExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
/li liA naturally curious mindset with a desire to understand the wider business.
/li liExperience identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
/li liAn interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI within finance would be highly advantageous.
