This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods across our extensive network, supporting JD.com's commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
/p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and manage transportation strategies and policies to optimize delivery speed, cost-efficiency, and service quality.
/li liOversee daily transportation operations, including route planning, load optimization, carrier selection, and performance monitoring.
/li liManage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
/li liMonitor and analyze transportation metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
/li liEnsure adherence to all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
/li liLead and mentor a team of transportation specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
/li liCollaborate cross-functionally with warehouse operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics.

/li /ul h3Job Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
/li liMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in transportation management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within a large-scale e-commerce or retail environment.
/li liProven track record of successfully managing complex transportation networks and optimizing logistics processes.
/li liStrong understanding of transportation regulations, freight modes (truckload, LTL, parcel, intermodal), and last-mile delivery challenges.
/li liExperience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
/li liDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
/li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
/li liStrong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
/li liExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
/li liProficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a significant plus.
