To support our businessobjectivesand the continued transformation of manufacturing in the Marche region, we are looking for production leaders who combine strong execution with a forward-looking approach to people, technology and continuous improvement.
/ppReporting hierarchically to the Plant Director, the Production Manager is accountable for the end-to-end management of production activities within the assigned plant perimeter.
The role ensures that production plans are executed safely, on time and at the expected standards of quality, service,costand efficiency.
/ppThe Production Manager leads direct and indirect production teams, organizes resources and capabilities, drives daily performance and problem solving, and works closely with HSE, Quality, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, HR and Controlling.
The role will also contribute to the evolution of the Marche industrial network by supportingnew technologies, digitalization, skillsdevelopmentand cross-site collaboration whererequired.
/ph3Key responsibilities /h3h3Production planning and execution /h3ulliManage and supervise the complete production process against the agreed production schedule, ensuringtimelyexecution and cost effectiveness.
/liliTranslate demand and production plans into clear daily and weekly priorities,allocatingpeople,equipmentand materials accordingly.
/liliMonitor production progress and constraints, adjusting schedules and resources whenrequiredand escalating risks with clear recovery actions.
/liliEnsure robust daily management routines, visual performance control, productionreportingand disciplined follow-up ofactions.
/li /ulh3Safety,qualityand compliance /h3ulliLead production activities with safety as thefirst priority, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements, plantstandardsand safe-working practices.
/liliPromote proactive risk identification, incident prevention,



ergonomics and a visible safety culture across production teams.
/liliEnsure implementation of quality-control programs, processstandardsand product requirements, working with Quality to address deviations and prevent recurrence.
/liliSupport environmental performance, responsible resource use and compliance with the plant's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
/liliCompliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
/li /ulh3Performance,costand continuous improvement /h3ulliDeliver plant targets for safety, quality, service level, productivity, efficiency,scrapand cost in coordination with other plant functions.
/liliMonitorproductionKPIs,identifygaps and lead structured problem solving, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
/liliContribute to budgeting,forecastingand cost control by understanding the main production cost drivers and implementing improvement actions.
/liliLead an Autonomous Management (AM), Workplace Organization (WO)or comparablecontinuous-improvementpillar within the plant's World Class Manufacturing organization.
/liliDrive 5S, autonomous maintenance, standard work, wastereductionandcontinuous-improvementinitiatives, ensuring that improvements are sustained.
/liliStrategic Planning: develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve company objectives.
/li /ulh3People leadership and capability building /h3ulliLead, supervise,coachand motivate direct and indirect production employees, setting clear expectations and reinforcing accountability and collaboration.
/liliPlan workforce requirements and organize shifts and production resources in line with volumes, operationalprioritiesand skills availability.
/liliOwn and continuously develop productionskillsmatrices, polyvalenceplansand training priorities in partnership with HR and the People Development pillar.
/liliBuild a strong pipeline of production capabilities through on-the-job coaching, structureddevelopmentand knowledge transfer.
/liliPromote an inclusive, high-performance environment in which employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, raiseconcernsand participatein improvement.
/li /ulh3Equipment reliability and cross-functional coordination /h3ulliCoordinate production-owned routine maintenance and repair activities, ensuring effective cooperation with the Maintenance function and clear escalation of technical issues.
/liliPartner with Logistics to ensure material availability and flow, with Industrial Engineering on methods and capacity, and with Quality on process capability and conformity.
/liliSupport the industrialization and ramp-up of new products,



equipment and technologies, ensuring production readiness, effectivetrainingand stable performance.
/liliContribute to plant and regional initiatives involving digital manufacturing,automationand the intelligent use of production data.
/liliShare best practices and collaborate across the Marche sites to strengthen operational resilience,flexibilityand common standards.
/li /ulh3Experience and qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineeringor a comparable technical discipline.
/liliAt least 7 to 10 years of solid experience in production management or a similar manufacturing leadership role.
/liliDemonstrated responsibility for production teams and performance in a complex industrial environment.
/liliPractical command of production-management tools, including daily production meetings, visual management, production reporting, structured problem solving, skills matrices, 5S and autonomous maintenance.
/liliGood knowledge of health,safetyand environmental requirements applied to production processes.
/liliWorking knowledge of cost and performance accounting,productionKPIs and the main drivers of manufacturing efficiency.
/liliExperience with World Class Manufacturing, leanmanufacturingor another structuredcontinuous-improvementmethodology.
/liliKnowledge of production processes such as metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection,assemblyand automation is an advantage.
/liliWorking knowledge of time-and-method studies and capacity analysis.
/liliFluency in Italian and professionalproficiencyin English, both written and spoken.

/li /ulpThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender?neutral criteria.
