Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, seeks a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the DaV Mare team.
You will craft desserts and pastries to meet luxury guest expectations, reporting to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a pastry kitchen, a formal pastry qualification, and a passion for artistry, teamwork, and HACCP compliance.
This role offers a seasonal contract under CCNL Turismo with a career path within Belmond.
