pWe are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join ourb Group Strategic Legal Affairs /bteam.
/p pThe role will primarily focus on supporting the Group's financing and capital markets activities, including debt and equity capital markets transactions, intragroup financing arrangements, treasury-related projects and alternative risk transfer/reinsurance structures (including insurance-linked securities).
/p pThe successful candidate will be expected to provide legal support across the full lifecycle of complex transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, financial institutions, arrangers and other advisors in a fast-paced international environment.
/p pExposure to MA transactions, bancassurance initiatives and strategic partnership projects may also form part of the role so previous experience in MA transactions would be a plus.
/p pGiven the seniority of the position, the successful candidate will be expected to manage projects with a significant degree of autonomy, coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on strategically relevant matters.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Law and qualification to practice law; /li liAt least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in leading international law firms and/or multinational financial institutions; /li liSolid experience in financing transactions, debt capital markets and other strategic corporate transactions; /li liProven ability to independently draft,
review and negotiate complex transaction documentation; /li liStrong project management skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders in international environments; /li liExcellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
/li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
/p pGross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 70K€.
The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
