/p pKirby Group Engineering is seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Project Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship data centre project in Milan.
You'll play a key role in managing the commercial performance of the project from early delivery stages through to final account, working alongside experienced commercial, operational and project delivery teams.
/p pThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing commercial outcomes and being part of a team delivering critical infrastructure at the highest level.
/p h3The Role /h3 pAs Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for maximising the commercial performance of the project while ensuring contractual obligations are effectively managed.
/p pWorking closely with the Commercial Manager and project delivery teams, you will oversee cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, forecasting, reporting and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
/p pThis is a hands?on role where your commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will directly contribute to project success.
