/p /brpReporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Assurance Director, the Plant Quality Control Manager is accountable for the effectiveness, development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the plant quality management system.
The role safeguards product and process conformity throughout the manufacturing flow and drives action to improve customer satisfaction and quality performance.
/p /brpThe Plant Quality Manager leads the plant quality team and works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Procurement, RD and Group Quality.
The role combines rigorous quality governance with hands-on support to operations, ensuring that new products, engineering changes, new technologies and footprint transitions are introduced with robust controls, validated processes and stable performance.

/li /brliPlan and coordinate management reviews, internal and process audits, and external certification or product-compliance audits, ensuringtimelyclosure and verified effectiveness of actions.
/li /brliMaintain quality procedures, control plans, standards and records, ensuring clear ownership, documentcontroland consistent shop-floor application.
/li /brliReport transparently on quality performance, risks,prioritiesand resource needs.
/li /brliManagement and supervision of the company's quality procedures,
standards and specifications: ISO **** /li /br /ul /brh3Product and process quality /h3 /brul /brliSupervise quality from incoming inspection through manufacturing, finalinspectionand product release.
/li /brliEnsure effective controls, statistical processcontroland product testing, using capability and trend analysis to prevent defects.
/li /brliMonitor scrap, rework, first-pass yield, defects and non-conformities, leading root-causeanalysisand sustainable corrective actions.
/li /brliManage non-conforming, on-hold and quarantined products, ensuring traceability, riskassessmentand timely disposition.
/li /brliSupervise internal process conformity and reinforce process discipline.
/li /br /ul /brh3Customer and supplier quality /h3 /brul /brliSupport Quality Assurance in managing plant-related customer claims, ensuring rapid containment, fact-based analysis, correctiveactionand lessons learned.
/li /brliWork with suppliers and Procurement to review quality performance,agreeimprovementplansand verify effectiveness.
/li /brliTranslate customer feedback, auditfindingsand field-quality insights into preventive action.
/li /brliPromote a customer-focused mindset across the plant.
/li /br /ul /brh3New products, engineeringchangesand footprint evolution /h3 /brul /brliLead the quality workstream for New Product Introduction and Engineering Change Requests.
/li /brliDefine and execute validation plans for new or transferred equipment, processes,toolingand products, including pre-series controls.
/li /brliLead/support quality preventive activities such as DFMEA/ PFMEA in collaboration with RD, quality control plan in collaboration with Quality assurance, supply QCP in collaboration with SQA, QA network in collaboration with Production manager /li /brliSupportnew technologiesand footprint transitions,identifyingrisksearlyand assuring stable quality during transfer and ramp-up.
/li /brliPartner with RD, Industrial Engineering and Production to designquality intoprocesses.
/li /br /ul /brh3Continuous improvement and WCM /h3 /brul /brliLead the Quality Control pillar within the World Class Manufacturingplantorganization.
/li /brliDrive advanced problem solving, quality matrices, process audits, statisticalmethodsand preventive quality techniques.
/li /brliCoordinate plant quality meetings and disciplined review of KPIs, abnormalities and actions.
/li /brliUse data and digital tools to improve visibility,traceabilityand early-warningcapability.
/li /brliShare standards and best practices across the Marche sites and Group Quality communities.

/li /br /ul /brh3Experience and qualifications /h3 /brul /brliMaster's degree in Engineeringor a comparable technical discipline.
/li /brliAt least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in plant quality, manufacturingqualityor a similar industrial role.
/li /brliSolid knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing quality processes,quality-controlmethods, statistical processcontroland product testing.
/li /brliAdvanced capability in structured problem solving, root-cause analysis,correctiveand preventive action,PFMEAand process capability.
/li /brliKnowledge of Total Quality Management and Six Sigma; Black Belt-level competence is an advantage.
/li /brliExperience with World Class Manufacturing, including the Quality Control pillar, is an advantage.
/li /brliKnowledge of metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection,assemblyor automation is an advantage.
/li /brliBasic knowledge of mechanical, electrical,electronicand software-related product and process considerations.
/li /brliGood understanding of health,safetyand environmental principles applied to production.
/li /brliFluency in Italian and professionalproficiencyin English.
