Micron Technology, Vimercate, Italy, is seeking a device engineering intern to join the Process and Device Technology Development team.
You will help analyze, model and improve electrical characteristics for next-generation NAND technologies under supervision.
The role targets Master's students or recent graduates in Electronics Engineering or Engineering Physics, with strong interest in semiconductor physics, CMOS, and data-driven testing using Python or JMP.
