You will keep hardware, software, and collaboration tools running smoothly, combining strong technical troubleshooting with excellent customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will support desktop, mobile, and collaboration ecosystems, handle Office 365, Entra AD, JAMF, and Intune tasks, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs while documenting
