Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,



and cash/runway management
Create and maintain financial models
Lead financing and fundraising activities
Oversee legal, IP, and governance topics in coordination with external advisors
Own company administration: accounting oversight, payroll, contracts & infrastructure
Support Quality and Compliance functions
Hands‑on experience raising private capital (angels, VCs, family offices, or strategics)
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Experience with raising capital
Accounting background and basics
Practical experience with legal, IP, and corporate governance topics
Secure funding to support growth by leading private fundraising activities and driving successful closes with the right investors.
Build financial clarity for decision‑making by owning forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and reporting that leadership can actually use.
